Trying to change the order of devices - Access Forbidden

Question

Posted

Hi everyone,

I hope someone can help.  I am sure this is an easy fix (I hope).

I am trying to organise the devices for my user in the HC2 web interface.  When I drag a device to a new position I get an error "403 ACCESS FORBIDDEN".

Wha tis more strange, if I login as Admin, I can move the device panels without issue...

Ultimately I am trying to change the order of devices as they are shown on my iPad for a user.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Kyote

My fix was to disable the alarm that had been triggered - that stops most config stuff with HC2.

Just do it on user's iPad. Press and then drag to the place you like. This drag 'n drop thing is still not working perfectly but with patience you will make it. At the end, if you really want to do it on web interface do it as admin and it will reflect to other users as well. But if you want it for users to be different then you can do it only on tablet or smartphone and don't be surprised if it shuffles again after some changes done as administrator on web interface.

No, it won't. Not in my case at least.
