Resetting FGS211 relay switch

I've just bought a Smartthings hub and have managed to get everything connected to it bar by Fibaro relay switch.

 

It was oringally connected to my Vera Edge and I went through the exclusion process numeruous times to no avail, it simply wouldn't remove from the Vera.  In the end I turned off the mains power and force deleted it on the Vera control panel.

 

My problem now is I can't get it to connect to the Smarttings hub or reset.  I've tried turning off the power and then holding the B button down for 3 seconds but I obvisouly now have no way of knowing if that's worked but I'm assuming it hasnt as it simply won't connect to the Smartthings hub even though everything else has ok.

 

Is there any other way to reset this thing, if I leave the power disconnected overnight for example or is does it store the network indefinately without power?

just exclude it on the smartthings hub

push small button 3 times (fast)
