I have not found a way to do this,

But we have a few things that after a power cut need to be tuned on and off ones the power is back,

Before we just do a internet ping, if no anwser then run a script how to do on Fibaro ?

Thanks

I would do something with measuring load? So if it's 0 it needs to be turned-on again? Does the fibaro run on a UPS? There's a nice UPS script on here

i am not sure what you need/want?

but if you want to know if the power is gone of is back,

you can connect the hc2 to a ups and use a 220 volt relais (if Vietnam has 220) and connect a fibaro ubs to it

so when power is out, 220v is gone, relais wil make or break contact and the ubs (with power from the ups) will tell hc

    and visa versa

Yes,  that also a solution,  but  as a scene is able to to be set to run at start-up and the HCL will restart ones power is back,  UPS will only work a short time

and we at times have long cuts.

    Thanks for the idea

Well you can also decide how the devices them self should react. There is usually a parameter that decides if the device should turn on/stay off/or retain previous state when the power comes back.

Yes, in this case, less as it's Aeon Labs Gen5 RGBW LED Light bulbs

its also about making sure some of things like garage that might decide to open, ( some random act ) ones the power is back, is closes,

that power to Freezer is on and so on just to make sure
