My virtual device stops executing

I have created a virtual device for controlling lights (with timeout etc), which seems to work fine, except that it stops executing.

I have the same problems that all Virtual device are stopping after a while since the latest update

Can you please try to only send a command to a device, when the state changes? This code will send a command every 3 seconds because it's in the main loop.

You do that 3 times... I can't say that it's your problem, I'm lousy with VDs, but it's best practice for both VDs and scenes.

Thank you for the suggestion, I will consider that. However, this is a bug verified on the bug tracker, and the behavior is the same when making a VD with only a debug print in the main loop.

All my VD are stopping after a while.

Since I have automate my HUE and Honeywell EvoHome by Fibaro it's a serious problem.

Downgrading is not possible.

 

I hope that Team Fibaro is releasing very fast an update to solve the problem.

Yes. Or do a recovery (not a restore), but if you have never done that I would just wait.

no you could have more than 10 boxes and you will never sure that your blinds will close automatically the night .. even if there is exactly the same devices and VD and scripts

but like in the swipe video you can prey
