I do not know ip bell, but

2n helios can send a call http GET if events occur in the video intercom (eg press button), your video intercom can do this ?.

another option

2n helios can call other device voip if the primary does not answer, then call an ATA voip to analog (eg HT-503), to make a call to a mobile phone, ip bell can make a call to another voip if not answer back?

IP bell can call one device, if there is no answer it can call second one. Or it can call one device in the daytime and another device at the night time. that is not really issue.

Only when the phone is not at local network, that is something i want to figure out.

Did anybody resolved the issue how to start a scene when somebody is pressing the door bell button ?

    I have ALPCHATECH Slim IPDP

Please login or register to see this link.

    .

It runs with the IP BELL Fibaro plugin. It communicates well with FIbaro intercom, buttons are opening two gates.

I need to start a fibaro scene when anybody is calling to the door, eg. to send a picture from the camera via email.

I would appreciate any hint on this .

what work is to parse last line of the call log, e.g. on IP Bold this is hxxp://ip-bold/logcall (check on IP Bell what is the log path, i think hxxp://ip-bell/cgi-bin/logcall.sh )

When i see there line starting with "Calling" then someone just pushed the button, when "Incomming" then i started call from the Interkom app the IP Bold, and when "Terminate" then the call has been terminated (end of call). An VD checking the log each every 3 second should be fine for most users. One can create plugin as well, based on the IP Bell plugin, and add there the log monitoring, of course with result of monitoring as event of the plugin, that's all

I have implemented the CallerID as described here:

I have ASTERISK VOIP box running on Raspberry PI. The door bell can be registered directly to ASTERISK as SIP client, but I registered it to HC2 and defined trunk between HC2 and ASTERISK so the calls made from door bell to FIBARO VOIP are rerouted to the trunk connected to ASTERISK.

On HC2 side I have Last Caller Name written to the global variable.

If this variable is equal to "DOORBELL" then I can do action on my HC2 eg. send camera picture to email.
