Disarming triggered alarm on ImperiHome

I need to disarm my Fibaro alarm with one of the scenes from ImperiHome.

The scene pushes a button on virtual device, which changes global variable. This change triggers a scene which disarms my devices. This scene works perfectly when run directly from web whether alarm has been triggered or not.

However, in ImperiHome the scene appears to work fine when alarm hasn't been triggered. When alarm has been triggered and I run the scene nothing happens.

Any ideas?
