Suddenly lost devices HC2

Question

Posted

Since 2 days it seems that my HC2 lost several devices

I havent performed an update or what so ever, they are simply missing after a reboot of the system

The polling interval still is set at 440 (based on the number of devices before the problem), but now advises 125 based on the current number of devices

Does anyone has an idea what might happened, and how to resolve this ?

This is the last gift from my HC, no changes since more than half an year and suddenly.....

HALF OF MY FIBARO DEVICES LOST!!!!

No trace of them in any area, it seems that this affected mainly rollers and window sensors......

4 months ago the crappy USB on the HC2 died.....so all the configurations and the backups are gone!

I am furious! I have to admit that this system is UNRELIABLE!!!!!!

But what about you Fibaro? When you will start to think about the fact that the reliability is the main aspect that makes difference between a nice toy and a serious domotic device?

No backup online or other way to backup except the RIDICULOUS USB ON THAT CRAPPY USB system you propose!

This topic is full of people complaining this and that spent money to send you back devices even more than once.

In 2016 people is managing money through online systems and you tell us that USB is necessary because of security reasons!

This is a joke, but when you will understand that we are not laughing ?!?!?!?!??!?
