Hello ,

I have a kind of situation here .

I have HC2 with software version 4.032 and I want to buy 2-3 swipes so I need a new version of the software .

But I'm not so sure that all my scenes will run with the new software . My RGBWs are installed under one barrisol (wooden membrane) and i don't want to take that barrisol down for waking up the RGBWs or either add them again .

I have a VD with Audio/Video Cramer Matrix  and many other devices

From personal experience i would srongly suggest you have all of swipes connected permanently into power.

as for reliability there are reports of even permanently powred is not 100%.

i would suggest you just get buttons because they are way more reliable. If you however insist on using swipe i'd recommand removing the picure frame and use it from behind some sort of barrier (2-3cm thick tables worked well) it might even be better than using swipe without said table in between (well such was my case annywas)
