Hi,

I am having issue adding a Fibaro switch v2.1 to the network (running 4.8.0 on HC2).

The switch itself is not broken as I tested it using  add/remove from an Indigo/Aeon system which is my previous installation.

I have 2 of these switches, one of them works fine, the other cannot be added to the network.

I tried bringing it closer to the controller (assuming that it was a distance issue) but no luck.

On the Indigo - i can add/remove it several times without issues.

Any ideas?

Did you removed it properly from the old network? Try a reset on the device before trying to add it.

Yes, I did remove it properly from the old network. Last night a smoke sensor started beeping in the middle of the night (happens every 3-4 month- my wife gets crazy because of this).

So, good bye Fibaro (nice interface, good marketing but crappy software).

I just bought a HomeSeer  Pro (as they have 50% off until tomorrow).
