Unable to remove SATEL device

Hi,

 

Something went wrong with my SATEL device, so I tried to reload configuration. Unfortunately without the success, system stuck at 0%  of reloading. My next idea was to remove completely SATEL device from HC2. When I click  remove button , fibaro says that removal was successful but device is still visible in HC2 webpage. Is there any other option to remove device from HC2 than webinterface ??How to remove SATEL from HC2 ??

Firstly, are you logged in as admin?

Secondly, what version of HC2/HCL software do you have?

Finally, did you try to clear cache in your browser before and after the removal of the device?

I'm logged as an admin, I tried in 4.082 and in most recent beta version, I tried to use several different browsers and result is always the same ... In fibaro log there is an information that device with particular ID was successfully removed but when I browse into Satel plugin it is still visible ...
