Problem add Remotec zxt-120

sorry but i have a problem
I have a zxt120 and I configured on an air conditioner daikin and works perfectly
after I bought another 2 zxt120 for other two conditioner  but I can not configure it with my HC2
i add it by the HC2 see it as in the image attached, all it surrounded in red, with red battery (but it 's connected to a power supply) and is'nt possible configure it, there is not parameter to confgiure.

I tried to reset it, to add at least 30 times with the same result
this applies to both zxc I bought

you have any suggestions for me?

• What is the first ZXT-120 firmware version (look at the box or a sticker on the back of the ZXT-120)?
• What are the second and third ZXT-120 firmware version?

 

There is an ongoing issue/case raised to Fibaro Support. ZXT-120 with firmware v1.6H and before will works fine with HC2 v4.082 and before. The newer ZXT-120 v1.7 and v1.8 are not supported on HC2 yet and encounter issues after inclusion.

Does the new version of zxt120 with v.1.80 software already work correctly with HC2, 4,510?

I know this is not a solution to this device, but i am using global cache wifi to ir device for any IR appliance or electronics. Glad to say it is very stable. I had the zxt120 device ( to control AC ) but it seems there are still many problems to deal with so my suggestion is to use Global cache device.
