Danalock opens up when HC2 restarts

Hi

 

i have an issue with my Danalock.

 

Whenever the power drops , and the HC2 restarts, it automatically Opens the Danalock entirely , meaning the door opens.

 

Has anyone had that experience ? or does anyone know what can be done against this to prevent it ?

Yes - When my HC2 restarts after about 20 minutes or so my danalock Locks.

 

Theres no logic why it does this but I assumed on restart it just checks it locks?

 

But Unlocking is an issue!

well , i did some more checking.

 

 

I have the Danalock , and i needed to do a scene AND a virtual Device , so i can use Danalock with the Videogate option . Since i can't select Danalock out of the box on the videogate.

 

So i assume this could be the issue. anyone might have another finding how i could hook up the danalock to the videogate.

Have you tried making the main button in the virtual device to be the 'lock' command. If its pushing the main virtual device button on restart maybe its best for it to relock rather than open. I have virtual device for my danalock and never thought that could be the issue..

all looks fine, I wonder if its just a bug. Mine always locks after reboot, and it turns clockwise (the outer aluminium turns clockwise).

 

Is yours set to open on clockwise movement? if so then maybe a bug if its happening to both?

mmmh, when i turn clockwise it locks. 

 

what i will try is to disable the scene and restart. an than disable the trigger and restart. to see if one of them is the issue.

Strange, hopefully some other user will have an idea.....
