Question

Posted

Hello All,

I am new to this forum and have recently purchased a HC2 with a sensor (for now). I've seen a few videos online where you can get the motion sensor to display different colors depending on the temperature. Is the a guide on how to do this?

Also, i'm not sure if this is possible but could i create a scene to make the sensor flash red and blue if the alarm is tripped?

Thanks in advance

Chris

Hi Chris,

Pretty sure it does both of those things out of the box!

Once you add the device, click advanced and all your options are there!

Hi,

I am having trouble fibaro relay. it does not respond. Even on off switch is not responding. Lights remain on . It had  worked fine for few days only. What should i do . Please give me any possible solution.

The firmware version is 4.054 on HCL ( home centre lite) . Could it be a issue of firmware?

Thankyou.

Fibaro Motion Sensor (FGMS001):

Configure the parameters 80, 86 and 87 to the desirable blinks and color based temperature you want.

Dose it display in HCL propertly?

if you see it with white x over than HCL has lost communication and solution could be dependent on distances and avalible retranslating devices (permanently powered ones sans SWIPE).

If it dose appear in your HCL propertly than try to listen weather it dose or not physically switch states (control it via phone or somethign and have ear near wherever its mounted in) if you do not hear it switching than there is probably mechanical failure and it needs to be replaced.

Lastly if the relay dose not appear at all try removing and than adding it again. (yes remove first just incase it is somwhere in network)
