I tried to exclude an obviously broken device, but HC2 (4.080) says: "HC2 is not primary controller"
(no change after a restart)
How can I find out where the primary controller is and what is then to do?

Flood Sensor Vision Security
obviously broken (causes flickering z-wave led)
