Vitrum Switch

I have a Vitrum switch and HC2 is not sending me the status of him ,only if I change polling time interval with 5s .

 

Anyone here with this problem?

Check associated group 1 is hc2 or hcl

Yep is HC2 ...I tried again to include (exclude / include) ...same problem in 3/4 m aria is working perfectly but when I go far then 4/5 m, just the master is working .

Ok , so here's the thing.

 

My Vitrum has 3 buttons .After include (correctly) . In HC2 interface I have 4 lights (3 for each physical buttons and 1 master ) . Master is working perfectly .

 

Vitrum is working like this:

When I turn On button 1 (on switch) ->light in interface is on -> maste On

            turn Off button 1 (on switch) ->light in interface is off -> master Off

 

            turn ON button 2 (on switch) -> light in interface is OFF ->master On ( In interface is Off but if I have a device associated (ex :another light/dimmer 2) , that light is working )

            turn Off  button 2 (on switch) -> light in interface is off ->master Off

 

            Turn ON button 3 (on switch) -> light in interface is OFF -> master On (Same thing )

            Turn Off button 3 (on switch) -> light in interface is off ->master Off

 

When I turn ON/OFF from HC2 interface is working perfectly.

 

So the problem is with button 2 and 3 . They do not display status (On/Off) . When I use "Poll this device" , status displays correctly .

I tried to change "Polling time interval = 5 s (minimum)" and is working, correctly shows the status after 3-4 s.

 

Mater is On or Off everytime when I turn On or Off a button , I can use it for a scene .

 

Can someone help me with a scene like this :

 

"When Master On or Off -> Poll Button 1, Button 2 , Button 3. "

@Daneasa i noticed you have the Vitrum switches in your home.  were you ever able to fix your issue? im looking into adding them to my home in the next month. what are you thoughts on them, being it sounds like you've had some time to playing with/using them?
