Question
RamyLabib 1
The Z-Wave network is a mesh network. This means that the signal received by one listening device or node is relayed to neighbouring nodes up to four nodes away from the original sender. This extends the range of the network and provides stability.
I have read this earlier in the Fibaro Website and I want to know what that precisely means.
I have 2 scenarios in my mind now.
1) It means that the HC2 send signal to relay1 which can send it to relay2 which can send it to relay3 which finally can send it to relay4.
** HC2 --> relay1 --> relay2 --> relay3 --> relay4 --> no more
2) It means that HC2 send signal to for example relay1 and relay2, then each relay of those can send signals to up to 4 other relays.
** HC2 --> relay1 --> (4 other relays)
--> relay2 --> (4 other relays)
So which scenario is the right one ??
