Delays on Scenes

Hi there,

I'm trying to make a very simple scene that uses geofence to switch the heating OFF or follow schedule when I'm in.

Attached what I have done so far, and it seems to be working, however a few things I'm noticing, hopefully simple to fix:

Often the notification gets sent to me nearly 30 minutes later as it looks that the iOS app takes a while to find the GPS. This is quite slow, is there any way to improve the time?
Can I add a delay to the geolocation? For example, if I'm around the neighborhood but out of home, I want the heating OFF, but if I get close by home (walking or similar) then don't want the heating back on just because I walked in front of the house. It would be nice to add a hysteresis or delay to this for 10 minutes. That is, in order to trigger, that scene (rule) needs to be persistent for 10 minutes or more.

Tried with timers... don't think is what I'm looking for...
