Add device button GUI fails

Question

Posted

Hi,

See attached video, does anyone have the same symptom?

I have tried with Chrome, Safari, cleared cache, incognito Chrome, etc... same result.

Please login or register to see this link.

Then I restarted HC2 and it worked fine (without even closing Chrome). I guess this is more for Fibaro, any ideas?

Hello,

When does it happen? After including a device and you want to include another one? Or does it happen randomly?

    Hi,

I would say randomly but often it has been after adding a VD or a camera but not following through. Then back to add a normal device.

After that no matter how many times I refreshed, cleared cache... nothing. Only a reboot would do it.

    Hello,

Please, report the issue to our Support at [email protected]

Likely, one of our engineers will have to login to your gateway so please prepare:

    1) share your Home Center on public (external), static IP address with following ports opened:

80 http (for web browser connection)

    22 ssh (for terminal diagnostics)

    2) please provide us with Home Center serial number.

    3) please provide password of the "admin" account. You may create a temporary password for the purpose of the connection.

Fibar Group will not require any private data besides pointed above

Fibar Group agent will not have access to any service available on your network except for related with Fibaro System.

Once the session is ended, we will inform you about it.

We strongly recommend NOT to share IP address of Home Center System for general remote access purposes. It is recommended to use encrypted
