Yale door lock not responding,

Hello all,

I have a yale door lock. 

The device always appead as dead, and battery as low. I deleted, change battery and re-add it but it appeared as having no templates. After a few deleted and re-add, it finally installed with template. 

But the device still not respond and appear as dead. 

Tried to wake up (using the add/remove option in menu as it don't have a physical button) but it didn't work either.

Any idea on what i should try?

I suppose you added it in secure mode and had the HC really close while including?

No i did not...

Since it was added i tought i didn't need to do that.
