Hello everybody,
I have two Popp Wall Plug Switch Outdoor. One working fine, the other can no longer be used.
Even if I put the Wall Plug Switch Outdoor next to my HC2 in the socket, it flashes quickly blue continuously.
But no current passes through. Neither when I use it about a scene, even through the HC2 menu alone even when I press the button. If no current flows through. Its dead. But the LED flashes blue quickly.
I could delete the module in the HC2 ... the behavior of the adapter plug, it has not changed. Newly include can not be the part.
If the HC2 in the learning mode is not simply jumps on the external socket. No matter how often i push the button.
Before deleting, when it was still displayed, I have the part reconfigured repeatedly. Both hard and soft. Nothing happened. In HC2 menu he shows me the status change (on / off), but the Wall Plug Switch Outdoor was still dead. No Power, LED flashes as described above.
Before I send the part back ... someone has an idea what's going on?
