Remote connection not working after today's server maintenance

Hi,

 

if I remember correctly this morning there was a maintenance planned on the servers.

I cannot now log into the HCL remotely.

I can enter my home.fibaro.com login page, the HCL is visible, I can see the HCL login page but entering the data it gets stuck and no answer.

Same to yours?

Mine still not working also after restart of HCL

Just tested and for me it is working properly. I can login to my HC2 remotely and all the same as local connection except slower but that is because of my internet connection. Also I'm using mobile apps frequently since I'm busy with programming the box and didn't notice any problems.

remote access for all my hcl x4 has not worked for months? weeks? gave up trying... they all failed at the same time! hc2 is perfect... not bothered chasing it up as the last ticket i opened took a month to answer!

I did not have problems until yesterday.

I just discovered that if I change the default language to Italian or others the login page works..... mah

 

- Another issue I see is that now @16:45 in Italy I should have the moon according to YR at the top but looking at the window there is the sun.

Also temperature shown is 11 degrees less but the latitude and longitude are correctly set.

 

- Another one is that still the automatic online retrieve of the time and date does not work.

 

- being able to login by changing the language is ok but randomly after some time it appears the error 503 page

The automatic online retrieve of the time and date does not work, it's never worked on my HCL. If I click on save in Location, then set the time.

Fibaro can you fix it?

Well mine is broke and is likely to stay that way permanently as I will never open another ticket with fibaro.

well blow a goat! remote access magically works today on all my hcl after this update... must have been user error again hey
