Transfer Data from a HC2 to another

I have a HC2 that I believe has an electrical problem.So, I want to be using another one.

I want to transfer all the data from the old to the new one.

How is that possible ??

At the moment, i believe, that can be done only by fibaro service team. I did not find any possibility how to do it on my own.
