In LUA you can create a nice pop-up notification with a lot of parameters.

You can create buttons that run a scene by pushing it.

It all works fine but the only thing i don't like is that you don't get a notification when you don't have the app open.

It would be much better to get a (sound)notification alert when the app is closed (but still running)

Together with popup notification send a push notification so then you will have sound and short message with push and also popup with details. That is how I did and it's working mostly fine, except when push and e-mail notification stop working since upgrade to 4.090 and above and have to reset HC2.

 

There is also another possibility with telegram which I intend to implement in my system as soon as I find more time to do it.

Sankotronic, yes i'm aware of that but for me it's only a half solution.
It's not how it should be.
I hope fibaro will come up with a solution, can't be that hard

I agree with you, but until Fibaro team do something about problem with popup notifications it is a good workaround at least for me.

Fibaroteam, i do understand that you are very busy but can you please tell us if there are any plans to implement this.

I asked hundred of times if you can do something about it.

There are thousands of apps who can do this so what's the problem ?

Where can i find info about how this pop-up works, so i can have 2 buttons?

Like if the door is opened but lights is not on and it asks if you want to turn on lights? Yes or No

You can have two buttons on popup notification and if pressed will start scene with ID specified. If scene Id is zero then nothing happens. See code:
