iPhone and push notification when app is open

I just realized that when the app is open and active no push notifications arrive on the screen.

I was crazy trying to understand why I did not receive notifications. The test was to press a scene in the app to set a temperature and receive a notification. Placing the app in the background everything works.

I believe it is not related to Fibaro but to how the iphone works.

What written in that comment is not correct.

The correct comment is below there in the same topic and is:

"Blame Apple - they don't allow getting PUSH from app when app is on front"

 

The only way to get a notification when the app is open is to not use the iOS notification procedure but a custom app notification (same as alarm pop-up in red). That would be nice to have as feature also for notifications.

 

On the opposite: the alarm pop-up only shows when the app is OPEN. And that is really annoying meaning that you do not see the house alarm in all other conditions. And that because the alarm pop-up is a app feature and not a iOS call. So you are normally living your life with phone in stand-by, a thief open the door but you do not receive the alarm until you open the app (or you set another notification alarm when the door is breached&armed). So what is the meaning of the alarm pop-up if you need to set another notification?
