all,

my hc2 has a zwave blackout, zwave just doesn't work, resetting the box doesn't help. Fibaro Support cleared the box a few times, but nothing helps. in the Devices tab, the Add en Delete popup windows don't show up. 4th zwave led is constantly burning on the box.

I guess the only way forward is a factory reset. Which isn't too bad because I've got loads and loads of ghost devices.

My question: If I go to recovery mode, can skip the Restore? I really want to start with an empty HC2 and build it up again from scratch.

cheers

emiel

Do you have powernode-6 devices? I eventually powered down the house group by group, until found that the greenwave powernode was flushing the zwave network.

Maybe give it a try.

no, haven't got powernodes. And I already tried every trick in the book, including powering down the house.

    cheers

sure, simply chose "erase z-wave memory". After installation of latest version, one can still restore latest backup, but when you not restore it, the system will stay clean.
Sure, you will have re-add all devices, but this is what you wish to do.
