HCL scene - all Blinds down or up

I need help with creating scene in HCL (magic or blocks):

 

1. All Blinds down

2. All Blinds up

3. Check position of some blinds, because sometimes HCL show that blinds is up, but is down and vice versa

 

I'm using HCL 4.100 and Roller Shutter 2

I found way for all roller in group.
