New popp KFOB Remote-Control not working - Solved

Question

Posted

Hi,

i included a new popp (zwave-me) KFOB Remote Control (Version 1.1), but it cant activate my scenes.

I set the parameter 11-14 to 4 for 'Send scenes', but my lua code

%% properties
338 sceneActivation

doesnt run.

Now i see that these parameters have values form 0 to 6 in the HC2 and in the user manual of the KFOB it's from 0 to 8.

7 is for Control door lock

8 is fo Central scene to gateway (default)

For me it looks like, that i have to switch to value 8 but i cant choose it, because it not visible in the HC2.

Or is there something else wrong?

Hope you can help me.

Regards, Jaspis

    Hi,

after hours of searching, i have found the solution.

The button groups are not associated to the HC2 by default.

After associating all 5 groups to the HC2 it works fine.

So for using the popp KFOB Remote Control, i made the following steps:

    1. Parameter 1 and 2 to 'Separate buttons'

    2. Parameter 11, 12, 13 and 14 to 'Send Scene Activation'

    3. All associations groups to HC2.

    4. Lua script with

       --[[

        %% properties
        <yourDeviceID> sceneActivation

        --]]

       ...

       local keyId = tonumber(fibaro:getValue(<yourDeviceID>, "sceneActivation"));

    Regards,

    Jaspis
