Can Fibaro modules send a signal to the home center?

Hello guys,

 

I was wondering if Fibaro modules (say for instance a Single Switch 2) can send a signal to the Home Center to start a specified scene.

Just like "The Button" does, but done by a module, behind a switch, neatly concealed in a wall.

 

And if so; Is there a specific module which can perform this task or are all of them able to?

they report status, so you can use that to start scenes. i do

if dimmer2 changes to on, then xx on etc etc
