Motion Sensor false trigger

Hi

 

has anyone experienced that the motion sensors are false triggered?

 

I frequently can see that my motion sensor is triggered without anyone at home, after looking more deep into it I figured out it must be by temperature.

It's a new motion sensor Ver. 3.2

Any idea how to solve it?

I had the same issue after firmware upgrade of the motion sensor to version 2.8.
I even posted somewhere but without any solution. So I started changing parameter 1 bit by bit. Now it's on value 14 (default is 10 I think) and I don't have any false alerts anymore.

Hello,

 

Any sources of high temperature around the FGMS? Is it pointed at a window? Also, check parameters regarding sensitivity and thresholds.
