HC loses contact with devices nearby

Question

Posted

I have a fibaro HC - it is sited next to an ssr303 boiler switch  (controlled by a thermostat) - the boiler swith is mains powered and about 6 feet away from the HC. The HC continually loses contact with the device. It also periodically loses contact with each of the room sensors. so - I run a scene and then come back to the device days later only to find that it has lost contact with key devices. is there anything I can check to find out why ?

Have the HC been moved since you included the devices? Perhaps you could try rebuilding the network (in the settings I think) so that all the routes are properly set up. Unless you have something solid metal or something else that would interfere with radio signals inbetween the device and the controller, 6 feet should not be an issue.

Hello,

Did you add the devices in secure mode to the gateway? Did you try re-configuring or re-including them?
