Dimmer and RGBW association

HomeSystem.sk

Question

Hello,

I need help here. My customer associated Dimmer 2 (S2) with RGBW module (association group 5) and it behaves not normal.

If the rgbw is on and he clicks (momentary switch) the RGBW goes off. Thats good. But when he clicks again, the RGBW goes to just 1% on one color. For example 1% on for blue led, the rest is off.

I simulated the same setting on my Dimmer and RGBW and it works normal, if I click when off it goes to last position.

I made sure we coppied all the parameters from my settings to his, all settings in my dimmer and RGBW are the same as his and still, the turning on does not work for him.

There is only one difference, his strip is RGBW mine is RGB.

Ay ideas where the problem can be?

Dimmer 2 have parameter 21 . Be sure is on 1- current Dimmer state is sent, which will synchronize brightness level of associated devices (other Dimmers for example) .

I don't have other ideea.

Cheers.
