2x1.5kw relay only turns on one switch!!

Hi, im in the US and i installed a 2x1.5kw relay and fibaro interface is only picking up one switch and not both, i noticed that on the interface the relay registered is the 1x2.5kw and not the 2x1.5kw. ... when i manually turn on and off the switches, both work fine, but on interface only one appears... any one have a clue as to why on interface it registered the relay as FGS-211 and not the FGS-221 ?

Hi guys,

Performs a process of exclusion and later: inclusion of the same relay. It 'possible that the system loading the wrong template during the first installation, it can happen sometimes due to connection problems in Zwave Network, or poor signal.

thanks a lot, im will just used them like that, i managed to get them to work but they still appear as a single switch relay and not a double.!! very strange

Did you maybe check under hidden devices if it is there? Maybe for some strange reason it is included but as hidden device?
