How to create Block scene with this logic?

Hi All, 

 

I need your advise how can I create a block scene with below condition

 

if ((( motion1 == brenched) or (motion2==brenched)) and (var_night == 1)) then

...

endif

 

I know 'and' always precedence, but some condition I need to evaluate 'or' before 'and'
