Android media streamer running Fibaro app? I have one on the way, will be able to test it by the end of the week. I hope to find a good app to view my NVR recordings as well. I'm sure other users already have this running already though!

Edit: To be fair, on the link you show the statement you are referencing is under "The Fibaro System Tomorrow..." title...

As @devfern24 already pointed out referred text is still under TOMORROW section, what means it is a dream and not reality at TODAY time. But still some thing can be done today:

Control the system from every TV with a HDMI connection.  <-- Not doable at the moment, but I don't see many benefits of that. For me home automation is not plenty remote controls but just opposite as less as possible. I want my HA to do things for me without me participating. I want it to anticipate my needs and do things for me.

You are having a quiet evening at home watching a movie, when there is a knock on the door. The movie is paused, lights go on with 30% brightness in the living room and 100% brightness in front of the house. The picture from camera in front of the house appears on your TV screen. You pick up the phone, on which you can see a picture close-up, you have a short conversation and then you open the gate with just one click.  <-- this is actually doable today with some properly selected models of TV, door bells and cameras with DVR which must be connected to TV over HDMI the only problem is selection of proper models since there is no such list as compatible devices and appliances.

Watch videos and managing your private video library.  <-- Managing not but watching is doable with some systems.
You can access your favorite videos from wherever your TV is. <-- I don't need HC to do that, I do that with my TV directly from internet or my NAS disk

Listen to your favorite music in any room, thanks to non-invasive audio multi-room.
Imagine... you enter the living room and your favorite music starts playing. You walk into the kitchen, sensor detects your presence and kitchen radio starts playing the same music. But there's more... In the event of fire, all audio devices will play specific message to warn your family. <-- doable today with multi-room systems like Sonos and others.

    Yesterday: Thinking about buying Fibaro

    TODAY: Order it

    Tomorrow: Get it

No problem, I think the potential is good.

Streaming app works on tv, but not in landscape mode.

The used Mitac board has an HDMI port, now we need only a signal on it and a IR receiver (learning commands from every tv IR controller).

Where is the problem. There is nothing to recover every thing is existing but not implemented.

Is it CEC capable? If yes, then it would be piece of cake, but we'd have to wait for Fibaro to do it. If not, it's still possible with Raspberry Pi for instance. You'd have to create your own interface translating CEC signals to your home network (sending commands to HC2). The only problem is that you'd have to navigate through the menu to choose a device (then button for VDs) and accept with "enter". As for today it seems easier to buy a Z-wave remote - if you really want to use a remote.

    --Edit--

In fact I'm actually using my TV remote for some automation: a plugin for kodi (from Shad) will prepare my living room to listen to the music, watch a movie and so on. All that on a press of the button on TV remote. It's not controlling everything, but on the other hand it's all I need.
