Ventilation , AC, Heating with fibaro

Hi, need help understand how it work, maybe Fibaro can answer. linked device, create panel for zone etc.   have temperature sensor, on ipad only heating mode show 18c, don't undertand what is that, also, AC, HUMIDITY, VENTILATION not  active. AC panel and HUMIDITY created. WHAT IS WRONG?  also there ventilation button how that make work and control? 

  why it so complicated, it was much better  and so easy created virtual thermostat, that you can link device for HEATING, AC, etc. and it make control heat mode  auto etc.  so from pad I cant control temperature need computer, which not good. Fibaro can your engineer work on that solution, it can make  our live easier. or maybe advise solution.
