@Mehrpaad welcome to Fibaro community!

If you are renovating house or apartment then wired solution is probably better than all this z-wave wireless stuff. My friend has KNX and he is very happy with his installation, but it is quite expensive. On the other hand, if you don't plan to do renovation and don't like to mess with dust and digging into the walls, do extensive planning because wired system needs detailed planning in advance, then wireless HA systems are better choice. Also, wireless systems can be done in steps because are easy expandable.

I started immediately with FIBARO HC2 so I don't have any experience with other systems, but from what I can read here on the forum, FIBARO HC2 is most powerful choice with best possibilities due to LUA programming language.

I can also confirm that HC2 is very powerful control center. In less than a year time, I manage to automate most of my house to the level that we don't need to keep mobile devices or any remotes in our pockets. Few details are still to be done and some improved but I can say that at this point it is quite satisfying despite some problems I encounter on the way.

Problem with FIBARO is lack of any detailed instructions and user guides on "how to" but with help from this forum experienced members everything is achievable.

I agree with Sankotronic, Fibaro is a very powerfull, good to use system (even for 'non domotics' users).

I have some people renting a part of my place and they understood they Fibaro app (after a short explanation from me) right away.

And sure, Fibaro has it's problems, but who doesn't?

    ...i tested zipato hubs and there was also too much bugs and issues

    i think the best way for new buildings are wired solutions like KNX or loxone

    as you now we can use zwave products in any house without smart wiring

    so Zwave has its own market

    thanks for information guys ...

    Well if you want Z-Wave and KNX, Russians has it's own gateway, that connects KNX with Z-Wave.
