Remote Access & CAM images

Question

Posted

Hi,

Since last maintenance in the remote access portal (12/13) I can't view the cam images by Fibaro App in iOS device from 4G connection. If I try to get a screenshot I receive an email with the image from the cam.

If I try to access to cam images by wifi (same wifi that HCL) I don't have any problem.

Anybody with the same issue?

Any suggestion?

HCL v.4.100

CAM: FoxCam FI9816P/W

My foscam HD-cam (Foscam FI9805W HD) also stopped working on the remote access.

Other old foscam 8918W continues to work properly on the remote access.

    here:

open the app, go to webcam page and they are on (two d-link). Switch between them is ok.

Go back to home page and then again to webcam page. They are still on but after few seconds they became off.

Close the app and open app again.

They are both on but again they became off as stated above.
