Fibaro Door module not always working

Almost finished with my issue threads of the day/year :)- this relates to the fibaro door module.

I had a HCL which came with it so I am using it with my now owned HC2.

 

I have it on a door where the light switch is hidden in a wardrobe with a dimmer 2 module.  There is a simple scene for this:

Door sensor == Breached 0s

THEN

Light = Turn On os

 

Equally I have the same for when the door sensor is safe, turn the light off.

 

This has worked fine for 6 months until recently, it now does not work first time always.  Open door and nothing

I can see it's happy something happened as the blue led is shining

Close door and reopen, lights turn on and it will now work for a number of hours until the next time.

 

Nothing has changed in hardware or scene...so what happened?

@DjHedan @aj84 - Could you expand on what door sensor it is ?, what fw you're running on the HC2/HCL? did you upgrade lately, have you added more devices ?, any other context ?

 

I have two fibaro door sensors (understairs and hotpress)  running 4.11 and they have been working well for the last 4-6 months

Fibaro standard window/door sensor in white

Firmware: 2.5 (Z-wave protocol 3.67)

HC2: 4.110

 

I should have updated this thread but forgot I even put it up - as sudden as it stopped working and it did for many weeks/months...it started to work again magically so I've not really had further issues but then again I find this with a number of devices such as the Fibaro Button - I have 2 so far and although they worked perfectly when first paired up, the more time went by, the more it stopped responding to the first click and yet suddenly after about 2 months or so, they've both started to function again more like they should

@aj84, That's a bit strange but glad it's sorted
