HC2 too many issues

I got my HC2 about two weeks ago and it doesn't look very promising:

 

• Slow web ui. Seems like the HW is under spec'ed? Every time I click on a link, it takes 6-7 seconds before anything shows up?
• No offline backup. Only backup to the memory stick that comes with the box. According to what I have read that is proprietary, so you cannot easily replace it if it breaks.
• No SSH access. SSH is running on the machine, so I assume the username and password is the same for all installations???
• No access to the OS or CLI makes it impossible to create more advanced scripts. (E.g store files locally or write python scrips).
• The mobile app doesn't update itself. So everytime I do any changes, I will have to ask all users to close and reopen the app to see the latest updates.
• Poor access control. E.g you cannot create groups with permissions that can be assigned to users. Instead you have to assign each device for each user. That doesn't scale well.
• Web UI doesn't support HTTPS

 

Is it stable enough to have running for the next years to come?
