Iphone Remote Access

So I recently updated my HC2 with the newest update along with the newest Iphone Fibaro update. Since doing this I can no longer access my HC2 with my Fibaro APP unless i'm connected to WIFI at the house. I do have my phones setup to accept push notifications and such and are listed in the Fibaro access control. I have also added my user name and password for the remote access for the user name. The superuser login and password won't let me login into the remote access. I am now at a stand still on what to do, any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have not been able to access any of the 3 Fibaro hubs through remote access.

I deleted the iPhone app and re-installed it, this seems to have solved the problem.

Try using your email address that you set for the superuser account as the login for the superuser.  If you have updated to 4.110 and run the wizard after the update the superuser account has been renamed from "admin" to the email address that you assigned to it

I have tried the new super user email account and I either get "Wrong credentials" or "Could not connect to home.fibaro.com"

 

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

 

My iPad and web browser are working fine remotely.
