HC2 Internet LED Randomly blinks

Hi,

 

i use the fibaro HC2 with the latest firmware 4.11. But the issue was already with 4.1 so i can not say that this might be a firmware issue...

 

The blue LED (third from the right) for the Internet connection randomly blinks. Actually very slow and randomly... For example 2 seconds on, 4 seconds off and so on.

The HC2 seems to work normal. The internet connection also seems to work normal. What could be the problem?

in my case was always problem with internet connection. When this LED start to blink I was also having internet radio streaming problems. Browsing internet was ok, but that cannot show if internet connection is unstable.

Is there a Way to see if fibaro really has problems with Internet? The remote Connection seems to be good actually

For some reason my development HC2 blink every 5 seconds wuth internet led (where another HC2 work as expected) but as well other things are broken (lua scene can not be saved, all i see is "convert to block", and block scene can not be saved all i see is "convert to lua", etc, so will have to roll back and check what broken), therefore i can not really confirm issue with internet led  <- that was due to my mistake on file system.

Noted this strange behaviour myself - happens since a couple of days ago - Strange!

This morning the LED looked stable.... Was there anything done on the server side?

Hi,

 

I can confirm I have the same issue since a few weeks. In the past the LED was on stable, but now I have the same slow random blinking.

In terms of functionality / connectivity I don't have any issues though. It's just the LED that is suddenly behaving strange.

Jeah my problem is still there. I have the strange feeling that it is better in the morning, but maybe that was just a random thing ^^

FYI, for me the problem seems to be gone since a day or so. Currently the LED is constantly on.

Hi, true.... So it is not an HC2 issue, more an server side thing ^^

LED seems to be stable so far
