Hello

I have a problem with the icons in HC2 and the wallpluggs FGWP-102 that I do not have with the older plugs. The icon picture does not change when I turn the plug off. I can see that it is turned off but the icons "led ring" does not change. It is the same in the mobile app as well. The older plugs works fine but the two new ones does not work. Am I the only one with this problem? What can I do to fix it?

Hi @ukan and welcome to Fibaro forum.

 

My two new smart plugs are on the way so I don't know if this new version of plug have same parameters or are different? Did you check in parameters what is settings for color ring behavior? For old version smart plugs there is parameter 62 where you can define status of color ring when plug is turned off. Can you please check your settings.

On the new plugs it is parameter 42 and it is off completely. The old ones have parameter 62 and it is also off completely. The colour of the ring on the plug works fine it is just on my computer and phone where the rings on the icons does not change colour. I can not see if the device is turned on or off. The icons for the old plugs changes from grey to light blue when i turn on the device.
