Hi!

 

what are HC2 center doing 4 secs and why I can't make clear camshot at all. I have started this feature (fibaro-alarm -> advanced -> Scena SEND SCREENS -> Active) one-half year ago - I have never been captured the perfect image who enter the door - always too late.

I've always had the same issue! I just gave up.. I have a 3-4sec delay as well.. basically useless.. I got sucked into the marketing.. :( If they halved their marketing budget and paid some decent engineers we would have as many problems!

    I have disabled this feature at all and enable this feature in my FocCam.
