Strange mobile access

Question

Posted

I have an hc  lite running 4.080 software. This performs as expected when using wired ethernet  connections.

When using the mobile app on either iPhone or iPad the home screen shows what looks like a default screen with 4 dead nodes, there are no rooms populated in the rooms view, no scenes or devices.

can anybody help please

    Hello,

It looks like you don't have access to any device for user that you are logged with. You can add it using Access Control tab in Home Center configuration.

    Hello

    Thank you for your reply.

I've checked the Access Control tab.

I have one iPhone and two iPads ticked. One of the iPads was used to provide the screen shots above.

Today I migrated to Fibaro ID, the results are still the same.

Are you signed in as the admin superuser on your mobile devices? Not talking about your fibaroID email for remote access, but the HC2 user account. If not then @R.Inczewski may be correct. If you navigate to configuration --> access control --> click on a user --> click on the "Edit access rights" for scenes or devices you can tick the boxes to allow that specific user access to particular scenes/ devices.

I wasn't aware of this, it's all becoming clear now.

Thank you all for taking the time to assist me.
