Could you expand a bit more on what you are trying to achieve and what you have tried to date

How is the 495 device connected to the network/HC2 ? - are you using a global cache itach device or something similar

Thank you, I have a TCP protocol to 485 equipment, I have been able to use HC2 to "TCP to 485 device" to send data signals to normal control equipment, but I would like to edit a virtual device can receive data feedback, So that the real meaning of the control device is the implementation of my order.

If I understand you correctly you want to send a command to the 485 device and then receive status /confirmation of the command execution or change in status ??? 

 

What's the TCP-485 device and do you know if it's capable of sending status back ?

Sorry - I don't know what to suggest as I have never worked with a TCP/IP-RS-486 convertor before

The unit you have is UTEK UT-6720 but I cannot get the datasheet pdf as I get a malware warning.

I read some of the other posts on 485 and it seems many of them are just one way communications

 

Two things I recommend so that others may be able to try and help you....

Go to your first post in this thread and change the title from Virtual devices to TCP/IP - RS485 query 

this may attract other forum users who may be able to help

 

Publish a copy of datasheet if you have it in english to the post
