Can't connect HCL since ID Figaro transfer

Hi,

 

I just migrated to ID Figaro but I can't connect anymore my HCL.

When I want to add it to my new account, with the S/N and MAC, I have a "HC already added by other user. Please contact tech support" message.

 

What can I do?

I had the same problem myself and took it to Fibaro support.

They replied with

 

Hello,
Please login to the old remote account (via

) remove central from this account. Then login to the Fibaro ID and assign the Home Center.
The problem is related to the fact that you have activated your account Fibaro ID but have not made the migration.
Be aware that after migration you will not be able to use remote access applications – application update will be available by the end of the week.

same problem

try old remote account but not login so can't remove..

still no connection :..(

You have not migrated.

if you migrate there is no need to add a HC.

Most probably, as you have written, you have created a new account and not migrated the old one. 

Read all other posts here of other owners that did the same thing.
