Hi everyone,

I hope someone can help.  I am sure this is an easy fix (I hope).

I am trying to organise the devices for my user in the HC2 web interface.  When I drag a device to a new position I get an error "403 ACCESS FORBIDDEN".

What is more strange, if I login as Admin/Super User, I can move the device panels without issue...

Ultimately I am trying to change the order of devices as they are shown on my mobile phone for a user...

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Or just change the order on how they are shown on the mobile phone, since you can just drag and drop them in the order you want. Perhaps that approach is easier.

And normally you don't drag right? You just click on the icons on the left with the up and down arrow no?

No, you can',t drag and drop devices on you mobile Phone, it is possible to drag and drop icons on the main page and you can order rooms by drag and drop on your mobile device by drag and drop but you can't do this with devices.

The problem is that I can change everything when I log in with admin/super user but I can't change these settings with an other user account.

Ah i see what you mean, just tested it right now too, and indeed i cannot move them too, same error. It is trying to do a post call to http://192.168.1.80/api/sortOrder, which is getting the unauthorized. Presume due to the nature of fibaro, since the sortorder is stored in the device, that usually means you need more rights. That would imply that if you create a sortorder for Admin that other users would have the same, correct me if i am wrong.
