I bought one fgbs 321 device.

so, now I have two question:

1) I have added this device temporary only just for testing purposes. 2 days ago I turned off this device (now it waiting for installing) but this device still showed in HC2 UI as normal device. my question is - why? Why this device not showing as dead?

2) according to docs after the interview I should see 3 (three) devices (proof link).

but I have only 2 (INT1 / INT2).

the third subdevice was hidden - why???)
