Hi,

 

I cant include my FGMS-001 motion sensor to my conroller, it stays blinking red and I doesnt see any reaction in my HS2.

 

I have several times reset de module according to the manual but it stays blinking red

 

Is it broken? what can I do more?

Well you can try and  be within 2 meters of your HomeSeer, ensure that there are no interfering signals (maybe Wi-Fi AP nearby), nor walls between the two (your standard installation of wireless stuff).

since you reseted it into factory it wont be problem with being previouly registered so if you are unable to add it from point blank distance you should return it.

If you re-include a battery into FGMS-001, does it blink red or green?

 

If it blinks red and inclusion is not working, then try to make a power cycle on your controller.

If it blinks green, then try to make factory restore twice, before you try to include it. Sometimes it is needed.

 

If it wont help, please try to exclude/include another Z-Wave device, to determine, if problem is in sensor side or controller side.
