Led keeps blinking after power failure

Hello Fibaro (users),

 

Today after a power failure I cannot see my HC2 in the network.

The last blue led (wrench) keeps blinking.

 

Also, it is not possible to put my HC2 into recovery mode (following the well-known procedure).

 

Does anybody know what to do??
